Comlongon Castle is a truly magnificent 14th Century Medieval Scottish Castle wedding venue and luxurious hotel.  Built along the Scottish/English border, just 10 minutes from Gretna, the castle offers a fantastic blend of history and privacy, set in 120 acres of secluded grounds, including ornamental carp ponds, sweeping lawns and woodlands.

Ceremonies take place by candlelight in the medieval Great Hall; its stone carved corbels, leaded glass windows and huge open fireplace creating the perfect atmosphere for a truly unique wedding.

Comlongon’s great hall is available for religious, civil, celtic and humanist wedding ceremonies.  The grounds at Comlongon are ideal for wedding photography, with the castle providing a fantastic backdrop.

• Due to the age of the castle, there is no disabled access to the Great Hall for the ceremony.  A webcam is available to view the ceremony downstairs.

• Comlongon Castle is available for a ceremony at 11am and 6pm each day
