We will arrange for you the booking of a minister or registrar to conduct the marriage ceremony (this is your choice). Please note: the minister/registrars fee's cannot be included in any package and are payable to the minister/registration office direct.

Your piper will pipe the groom and guests into the marriage venue. Upon arrival of the bridal party, your piper will play the wedding car towards the marriage venue and proceed to pipe the bridal party into the ceremony. Your piper will remain at hand to play for the wedding party as they move around the various photographic locations

- Two professional witnesses (if required)

Scottish Law requires there are at least two witnesses present during your wedding ceremony who must then complete and sign your marriage schedule. This is not a problem if your wedding party is large, however, if there is just the two of you or no two of your party are over 16 years of age, then you may require professional witnesses.

We will provide you with your marriage notice forms along with our confirmation letter detailing all relevant information about your wedding, minister venue etc, required to complete them.
- A meeting prior to your wedding with your coordinator, who will go through the arrangements with you.

An informal chat, usually in our Wedding Bureau in Gretna, where everything is at hand, to run through the events of the day with you both to allow you complete peace of mind. This meeting is optional and everything can be arranged over the phone if you prefer.
- Full assistance will be given on the day to ensure everything goes smoothly allowing you to relax and enjoy your day.
