partnership ceremonies at the UK's most popular wedding
destination Gretna Green.

Points to consider
Two people of the same sex can
register a civil partnership in Gretna
Green as long as:
- They are over 16 years of age
- Neither of them is already a civil partner or lawfully married.
Available Venues
Three of the venues don't have a civil
licence so are unavailable for a Civil
Partnership. They are:
- Gretna Old Parish Church
- Caerlaverock Castle
- Crichton Church
